24 Hour Cancellation Notice Policy

We kindly ask for
our clients to call 24 hours in advance when canceling your appointment.
This 24 hour notice enables the stylist to schedule another client into
the open spot who has previously been placed on our waiting list. |
Cell Phones
 |
For the enjoyment
of your service and for other clients, we ask that you please place your
cell phone on silent mode/or vibrate. |
Children
 |
We are pleased to
provide hair services for individuals of all ages however; a salon
environment is neither suitable nor safe for unattended children. This
ensures your service as well as the service of others to be completely
enjoyable and relaxing without distractions. |
Pets
 |
We kindly ask you
to refrain from bringing pets into the salon for safety purposes.
However, this policy does not override current laws pertaining to guide
dogs. |
Customer Service Satisfaction Policy

Here at Verde
Salon we guarantee your complete satisfaction for any service provided.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you
receive, we ask that you reschedule within two weeks of that service
date. We are committed to fully satisfying our clients with every
service received. |
Product Return Policy
 |
If you are not
completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, it must be
returned within 30 days of purchase date. We will gladly exchange the
merchandise for another of equal or lesser value. If the product is
unopened a full refund will be issued. |
Reservations
 |
Call to schedule
your appointment today! Scheduling your future appointments prior to
leaving the salon will guarantee a specific time to fit your busy
schedule. You will receive a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your
appointment allowing you to make any necessary changes. |

Pre booking
throughout the year will save you 10% off each scheduled visit! If the
pre-scheduled appointment is moved and/or the service is changed, you
will not receive the discount off that specific visit, however, your
continued pre booked appointments will continue to be honored the 10%
off. |
Punctuality
 |
We encourage our
clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment,
allowing time to unwind and enjoy an organic beverage from our bar. |

Please note that
an appointment may be rescheduled as a courtesy to our next client if
you arrive 15 minutes late. |
